NIFRS Visit P5
Today David and Jimmy from NIFRS came to talk to P5 pupils about fire safety.
Pupils were given a tour of the fire engine and shown how the equipment works.
Afterwards David talked to pupils about fire safety in the home and he gave pupils lots of advice and tips on how to stay safe if a fire breaks out.
David also talked about the rescue aspect of his job . Pupils were very enthusiastic during the visit and asked lots of relevant questions.
