Reading Ambassadors and Deputy Reading Ambassadors.'Reading Ambassadors' is a new scheme that is being piloted in St. Ita'sReading ambassadors have been chosen from Mrs Fogarty's class for their love of reading, their willingness and enthusiasm to promote reading throughout the school.
Reading Ambassador roles and responsibilities:
- Promote a love of reading across the school.
- Recommend books to others and talk about their favourite authors.
- Assist with making full use out of our school library.
- Read with KS1 children every week.
We hope to roll this scheme across Primary 6 and 7 over the coming months.
