Each Child Unique. Each Child Talented. All Children Cherished.

May's Trip to Croke

It was a 6.30am start this bank holiday for May from Mr McConville's P7 class to board the Bredagh bus from Cherryvale headed for Dublin.

May togged out along with her Bredagh U12 camogs in maroon & white and took to the pitch in Croke Park.

May played in 3 matches, against clubs from Kildare, Dublin & Westmeath.  Taking different positions during the day, May managed to score a beautiful point in the 1st game, took clean sideline cuts, and even saved a cracking goal when in nets - much to the screams of encouragement from the stands from her big sister Ruby who plays in goals for Down U16s.

As well as the time on the pitch, other highlights included lots of new gear and kit commissioned for this event, and also seeing her name in print in a Croke Park programme.

May and her team had an amazing day and memories to last a lifetime.
