St Ita's Supporting ADSUM

St Ita’s have been fundraising for ADSUM Foundation since Autumn 2016. During that time money has been raised through,  Mad Hair Days, Christmas Jumper Days and Trocaire.

 

The Borehole projects sponsored by ADSUM  ensure that schools and their communities in rural Madagascar benefit from clean drinking water. The latest installation of a borehole and hand–pump in August 2021  has provided clean drinking water for  Nanarena Primary school and the surrounding area in the Southeast of  Madagascar. The report below gives detailed information and photos on the different stages of the project.
