Gaelic Games Fun Day at St Ita's
Last week coaches from Carryduff GAC came to St Ita's to hold Gaelic and Hurling sessions with St Ita's pupils. The event was organised by Mr Close and Mr Joe Tunney to promote Gaelic Games and encourage pupils to take part in sport.
Eight experienced coaches from the club worked with P3 to P6 pupils. They focussed on the core skills of both hurling and football. It was a wonderful day that was enjoyed by all the pupils. Hopefully many of the boys and girls will be keen to join our local Gaelic Clubs. Please see Latest News Documents for some images of what was a fabulous day!
