Mrs Browne invited Michelle Guy, MLA for Lagan Valley, back to St Ita's. 

Michelle joined P7 pupils, parents and staff  to celebrate the role of 'Mothers' in our lives.

At the end of assembly, Mrs Browne thanked Michelle for the amazing work she did for our school as Councillor for Castlereagh South. The school community is grateful for the time she committed, ensuring St Ita's quest for a safer route to school remained a high priority. Michelle, was so giving of her time, and for that we are so very grateful.

The theme of Mrs Dolan's P7 Class Assembly was celebrating a very important person in our lives, our Mum - a very fitting theme for P7's final class assembly as pupils of St Ita's. To see the video, click here.
