St Ita's Mini Wellbeing Champions have been announced. Mini Champions from every class will be working with Miss Houston, St Ita's Wellbeing Champion, to promote physical and mental wellbeing within the school.
Tess from Ms Flanagan's P6 class was a winner in the reel at last Sunday's Feis in Belfast. Ryan from Mrs Dolan's P7 class travelled to Killarney to dance last week and was crowned National Under 10 Irish Dancing Champion. Congratulations to Tess and Ryan for these fabulous achievements.
St Ita's has signed up to become an EA Being Well Doing Well School. We were delighted with our training on Monday 23rd September. A big thank you to Nicola and Brendan McCarry from the EA for leading the training.

Abi came first place in the Primary 7 Musical Performance Category in the Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council's 41st ANNUAL SCHOOLS’ ARTS COMPETITION. Abi was also invited to perform at the Gala Awards Ceremony. Abi's brother, Luke, came second in the Primary 5 category.
The Right Worshipful TheMayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council presented the prizes at the GALA AWARDS CEREMONY on Thursday 20 June 2024. We are so proud of both pupils!
