The P4 WAU topic for term 1 is 'The Body'. The children are learning all about their skeleton, organs and how to take care of their bodies. P4 had a special visit from a physiotherapist yoga teacher. Sofia's mum held a relaxing yoga session with the children, teaching them about breathwork and the importance of moving our bodies. The children had lots of fun trying out the different yoga poses! Thank you to Sofia's mum for a very enjoyable morning!
