  • Halloween Disco - A Big Success

    St. Ita's PTFA Halloween Fancy Dress Disco was a wonderful success. A great night was had by all. The costumes were fabulous and dancing superb. Thank you to all the members of the PTFA who worked so hard to make the evening a great sucess. Check out all the photos from the evening on the PTFA Section.

  • Sports Talk Evening a Great Success

    St. Ita's Sports Talk Evening was a great success. Pupils, parents and grandparents came along to hear the panel of sport stars answer questions about their sporting lives and experiences filled with wit and humour. The evening ended with a raffle of generously donated sporting memorabilia. A big thank you to all of our guests - Noleen Lennon, Sean McGuinness, John Breen, Neil McManus Trevor Ringland and James McCartan. A special word of thanks must go to Kevin Blaney for organising this fabulous event. Over £1000 was raised for St. Vincent de Paul and St. Ita's Sports Fund. Thank you to everyone who supported this event and helped raised the profile of sport within St. Ita's.

    Sporting Stars to Visit St. Ita’s
     
    Charity Sports Talk Evening
     
    on
    Thursday 18th October at 7.15pm in Assembly Hall
     
    The dual purpose of the evening is to raise funds for  St. Vincent de Paul and to raise

    the profile of sport in  St. Ita’s. A galaxy of sporting stars past and present will be

    attending including:
     
    Down GAA stars,   James McCartan and Conor Laverty,
    Hurling legend, Eoin Kelly,
    Hurling manager, Sean McGuinness,
    Irish Rugby International, Trevor Ringland 
    Northern Ireland Soccer International,   Jim Magilton, 
    Northern Ireland Netball captain,   Noeleen Lennon
    Michael Bannon (Rory McIlroy’s coach)
    BBC commentator Thomas Kane will be compere on the evening. Tickets for this wonderful event will be £5 for over 16’s and £2.50 for under 16’s. This will be a 'Pay at the Door Event'
